Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Praxa app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The app

Praxa is an iOS app published by AK Star Labs. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your Apple devices, in line with the App Store Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA.

Your data

Your content is stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your own backups — for example via your device backup or the app's export feature. Deleting the app deletes the data it stored.

Purchases

Praxa is free to download, with an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited profiles and sessions. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy. We do not process or store your payment details.

Acceptable use

Use Praxa lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app beyond what the licence and applicable law permit.

No warranty

Praxa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AK Star Labs is not liable for any loss of data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Questions? Email info@akstarlabs.com.
